Portrait of the founder of the company, Rafael Valdez Cervantes, within circle "frame", name below, Crossed branches of Sugar Cane and medallist signature; Rv. Scene of Sugar Mill with circle frame made to look like a "gear" or Cog, company name around the scene, below a tablet with inscription "La Tradicion Azucarera Del Ecuador 1884-1984.
