Owner Comments:

The second medal in the series celebrates the American Museum of Immigration on Liberty Island. The Statue of Liberty and designer Auguste Bartholdi are depicted on the reverse. The Statue of Liberty National Monument-American Museum of Immigration located on Liberty Island in upper New York Harbor, is the most symbolic structure in the United States today. It is a global beacon of hope, and international friendship; a symbol of welcome, freedom and opportunity; a towering testimonial to the country’s highest ideals - and indeed, those of the entire free world. Mintage 5000.
