Medal, Plaquette, 1920, Bronze, France. COMPTOIRE FRANCAIS D'AZOTE, by Maurice Delannoy (1885-1972). AE plaquette 43mm x 61mm. Obv: A female standing with a tray of produce; Rv. Sun above fields at harvest time. Cased. Medallist: Maurice Delannoy was a student in the School of German Pilon and pupil of Valton and Roine. He received diplomas of honor at the International Expositions of 1925 and 1937. Made a Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur in 1947. Purchased in France.
