Relief Depiction of the Profile of Herzl, the visionary who began the zionist movement leading to the creation of the State of Israel, Portrait left in oval raised surface, leaves and berry wreath on each side, framed border around rectangle edges, below: Hebrew Inscription "Dr. Benjamin Ze'ev Herzl" and birth and death dates 1860-1904; Rv.
