National Conservatory for Arts & Facts in old Paris Marais 3rd district, Plaque dedicated to César CAIRE (1861-1931), lawyer at Court of appeal and doctor of laws, he was Paris city counselor and member of the old paris committee (1900-1931), major of Paris in 1921-1922. An avenue in Paris VIII is named after him. Henri Auguste Jules Patey, (Paris, 9 September 1855 - June 1930) was a French sculptor, medallist and coin engraver.
