Medal, Plaquette, 1922, Silvered Bronze, France. NATIONAL CONSERVATORY FOR ARTS & CRAFTS COMMITTEE by Patey. Obv. Woman representing science with scientists and scientific tools; Rv. National Conservatory for Arts & Facts in old Paris Marais 3rd district, Plaque dedicated to César CAIRE (1861-1931), lawyer at Court of appeal and doctor of laws, he was Paris city counselor and member of the old paris committee (1900-1931), major of Paris in 1921-1922. An avenue in Paris VIII is named after him. Henri Auguste Jules Patey, (Paris, 9 September 1855 - June 1930) was a French sculptor, medallist and coin engraver. Mark : bronze + cornucopia on the side for bronze. Dimensions : 1.89" * 2.68" (4.8cm*6.8cm). Width : 0.12" (0.3cm). Weight plaque : 3.47oz (108 grams)
