Medal, Plaquette, 1905, Silver, France. FETE DE VIGERONS, Vintner's Festival medal by Elizabeth Fulpius in original velvet lined and gold embossed case. RARE with case and rare in silver. Obv. Outdoor scene with formally dressed citizens participating in the festival, medallists signature bottom right; Rv. Fetes De Vigerons, outdoor scene with large basket of grapes, town ediface in background, vine and grapes growing to left, Vevey - 1905 bottom legend, medallists signature again at bottom left. Outstandingly beautiful and rare medal, purchased at the Chicago ANA World Fair of Money Show, August 2014.
