Exceptional large bas relief Cast Uniface Plaque, Obv. Portrait of Roussel left, name and date 1896 above. Rare. Purchased from Winstein Numismatists, France. Damon was a French, sculptor & medallist, born paris, pupil of Levillain. Exhibited at the salon 1902 and 1903 portrait medallions in bronze.
