From my collection. NTC is one of those companies that many use the term "basement slabber" to describe. It began operation in 2001 and continued to 2010 when it was rumored the owner became terminally ill. In 2013 a previous employee bought out the assets and restarted the company, I am uncertain if this slab was one under the original owner or from after 2013.
