A coin from my collection. PCI started operations in 1986, like INS PCI also licensed the use of this photo certificate style from ACG. There were 4 generation of this holder style, this holder was used from 1986 to 1989. In 1991 PCI bought out the assets of the then closing Hallmark and began to use that style of holder.
