A fourth medal was added in the series two years after the original legislation. It depicts the Ellis Island National Shrine, the Doorway to Freedom. “1892 - 75th Anniversary - 1967 15 million immigrants entered America through these portals.” Sources differ on mintage at 2000 or 5000. This medal is less common than the first three so the lower figure is likely more accurate.
