As of a few years ago there were only three Gilt medals on the NGC pop reports: 1 MS63, 1 MS64, and a monster gem MS67 (that was trying to sell on eBay for $6,000 - $10,000 years back). As of March 4, 2023, that was increased to 9: 1 - AU58, 1 - MS62, 3 - MS63, 2 - MS64, 1 - MS66, and 1 - MS67.
This lovely gem shown here is the third finest graded and is not on the census. The only other graded example I am aware of is an NGC AU-58 piece that has appeared in two different Heritage Auctions.
