View Coin   United States 5C 1987 P NGC MS 67 6FS Very lustrous, sharp strike and steps detail.
View Coin   United States 5C 1988 P NGC MS 65 6FS This coin looks a lot nicer than its grade may imply, especially when compared to the 1985-P.
View Coin   United States 5C 1989 P NGC MS 66 6FS Received this as change as a teen. Ended up buying all the nickels the cashier had. This graded the highest, though I had another one with mirrored surfaces that NGC thought was not proof-like enough to be proof-like.
View Coin   United States 5C 1982 P NGC MS 65 6FS
View Coin   United States 5C 1984 P NGC MS 66 6FS I never realized how rare this issue is in 6FS. The coin is very well struck throughout with brilliant surfaces and sharp details.
View Coin   United States 5C 1986 P NGC MS 66 6FS Very satiny luster, with copper toning. Razor sharp strike, and rare six full steps.
View Coin   United States 5C 1977 D NGC MS 65 6FS
View Coin   United States 5C 1972 NGC MS 66 6FS There are currently three known 6FS examples in MS66, I own two... This one doesn't have the nice silky smooth fields of the other coin, but the luster more than makes up for it.
View Coin   United States 5C 1958 D NGC MS 66 6FS Not uncommon in 6FS, which is out of the norm for 1950s Jeffersons. 1958-D seems like a blip in the Jefferson nickel radar screen as far as quality.
View Coin   United States 5C 1971 NGC MS 64 6FS
View Coin   United States 5C 1943 D NGC MS 67 6FS Smooth, lustrous surfaces and sharp strike!
View Coin   United States 5C 1956 NGC MS 66 6FS I bought this coin despite the somewhat obscure pics. When I received it, I found out why. While I know the grade and attribution are guaranteed, I can't say I can find full separation for the sixth step.
View Coin   United States 5C 1942 D NGC MS 66 6FS Despite reports to the contrary, 1942-D is a somewhat scarce coin even in AU. While full-step coins comprise about a quarter of all graded coins of this issue, less than 7% of all 1942-D graded by NGC are 6FS.
View Coin   United States 5C 1940 D NGC MS 67 6FS Incredible luster and amazing deep colored toning. Sharp strike with pristine fields and razor sharp steps detail!
View Coin   United States 5C 1941 NGC MS 66 6FS Here's a coin that has pristine untouched surfaces, with almost no flow lines to speak of - a rarity for 1941. Yet somehow this gets a 66, while every potchmarked coin gets a 67, including one recently that had more hits than Michael Jackson. But that's the way it goes.

I personally think coins such as these are far rarer and more eye-appealing than so-called blazers whose beauty deteriorates under even light magnification. These photos are untouched and show every flaw on the coin. How many 1941 nickels look like a matte proof? I own a 1941 proof that has far less detail.
View Coin   United States 5C 1941 D NGC MS 67 6FS Frosty luster, sharply struck with a nice golden tone.
View Coin   United States 5C 1940 NGC MS 67 6FS I don't often "make" an MS67. So I was mildly surprised to receive this grade. The coin is as lustrous as the pics indicate, and the steps are sharp!
