Owner Comments:

Here's a coin that has pristine untouched surfaces, with almost no flow lines to speak of - a rarity for 1941. Yet somehow this gets a 66, while every potchmarked coin gets a 67, including one recently that had more hits than Michael Jackson. But that's the way it goes.

I personally think coins such as these are far rarer and more eye-appealing than so-called blazers whose beauty deteriorates under even light magnification. These photos are untouched and show every flaw on the coin. How many 1941 nickels look like a matte proof? I own a 1941 proof that has far less detail.
