Owner's Description

This is not an "Official" inaugural medal but it is the only TR inaugural medal I could afford. As with almost all inaugural medals they are rather simple in design and really don't require additional discussion betyond what is shown in the photos. Ever since my first political science course at college Teddy has always been one of my favorite presidents. Winning the Noble Peace Prize (it appears Russia and Japan would only accept a peace treaty negotiated by Teddy which he did), he set aside 10’s of millions of acres as national parks, national monuments and wet lands to protect our country’s beautiful natural settings as well as its flora & fauna, but also importantly he made it acceptable for an intellect to be president. Something we did not have since our founding fathers passed away. I could go on and on but this is enough. Census – NGC does not provide population info on items such as this.
