RAM-VT's Bio
I have been collecting coins since 1955 and am a Life Member of the ANA.

I love coins whether they are from the United States of America or Zimbabwe, Africa. Also they could have been minted in 500 BC or 2000 AD.

I have been retired for some time now and within a couple of years of retirement it became obvious to me that my collection would have to be sold to supplement my retirement income. Those of you that have been in this hobby for over half a century as have I can understand how difficult it is to divest yourself of something that in some way defines you and your interest as well as something you truly enjoy pursuing.

While collecting coins I would occasionally set aside a bank note I found interesting or appeared to be in exceptional condition. A few of these notes I picked up at local estate auctions. With a little over two dozen notes total spread over nine "sets" I have very little to present the collecting community. I am hoping my son will pick up the torch and carry on building the sets.
