Owner's Description

ART BAR APPEARANCE/CONDITION: *A Gorgeous Historic Piece w/ Stunning Ultra-Cameo Mirrored Fields And Sharp Detail; Obverse Shows Only Light Handling Surface Hairlines & Exquisite Detail; Reverse Shows Moderate Contact Marks In The Left Pictorial Device, Yet What Appears To Be Abrasions In the Bull/Bull-Rider Are As Made (Every Example I've Observed Has The Same Markings); Cameo Ratio Between The Reverse Devices And Fields Is Exceptional; Both The Obv./Rev. Have Dark Toned Edges -- A Classic Colorado Collectible Silver Art Bar* ART BAR BACKGROUND: "A silver proof art bar issued and produced by the Hamilton Mint in 1975 which recognizes Colorado's statehood as the thirty-eighth state (August 1, 1876); emphasizing the state capital of Denver, as well. The bar is one troy ounce .999 fine silver. The edge of the bar is engraved with the number 2764." RARITY: Likely very scarce; examples of this design are difficult to encounter.
