REVERSE: Good for / 30ยข / in Merchandise HISTORICAL TOWN/CITY DESCRIPTION: (BURLINGTON, CO) "Burlington's first settlers lived in tents a mile west of the present day city. Shortly after the Rock Island Railroad decided to run through Burlington, the town was moved to it's current location. Burlington was incorporated in May 1888 and was voted the county seat of Kit Carson County shortly thereafter." -- Stuart Pritchard
