Owner's Description

Issue #319 features one of my favorite Batman covers as De No-Face is destroying a Mount Rushmore-type monument of Batman. Our 9.6 is one of the top two examples in the census trailing just the Pacific Coast 9.8, which I can still remember seeing at auction before I started collecting this title-I almost bought it even though I was not collecting Detectives at the time. I was fortunate enough to acquire this book in a trade of books with a friend and fellow collector in August 2023.
