Owner's Description

In Batman’s Inescapable Doom Trap, a magician and escape artist steals $100,000 to have inventor Eivol Ekdal build an inescapable death trap in which to capture Batman. Tricking the caped crusader into trapping himself into a gas filling glass box with electrified floor, they attempt to kill him. However, Batman manages to escape with the aid of his Utility Belt.

Our 9.8 comes from the Alfred Pennyworth Collection and is the single highest graded example in the census. We acquired the book from the April 3, 2021 Heritage Auction.
