Owner's Description

In some ways, the gadgets in Batman and Detective Comics were glimpses into the actual future. Here on the cover of Issue #117, in an issued from 1963, we see Batman and Robin using what appears to be early prototypes of of a wing suit, which were not generally used until the 1990s. Our 9.6 is one of four highest graded examples in the census. We acquired the book from the CC Exchange in April 2021.
