CAC.

Neither PCGS nor NGC have ever certified a cameo designated Washington Quarter from the 1936-1942 period. This coin is the closest I could find. It has noticeable field to device contrasts on the obverse devices. There is minor frosting on the reverse. The mirrors are jet black and show enormous depth in mirroring with no major distractions. The coin should have been awarded a star designation (in my opinion) for the cameo obverse.
