This coin has deep jet black mirrors and thickly frosted devices. You can almost see the contrasts from across the room! NGC has only certified 10 coins as being worthy of its cameo designation in all grades and sub-designations combined. PCGS has only certified a single coin as a cameo. Without accounting for crack-outs, crossover, and resubmissions, the total certified cameo population comprises a mere 0.05% of the total mintage.
