CAC.

This coin has noticeable field to device contrasts on both the obverse and the reverse. Even the sun (the area where frost/cameo contrast is usually the weakest) has appreciable amounts of cameo. As a result, NGC awarded its coveted star designation since the coin approaches the threshold for a cameo designation.
