This Copper Nickel Ten Centavo coin was minted by the Philadelphia mint for circulation in the Republic of the Philippines. The obverse of this coin is reminiscent of the reverse design from the previous US/Philippine 10 Centavo series issued from 1903 through 1945. The reverse shows the shield for the Republic of the Philippines and was issued by the authority of the Central Bank of the Philippines.
This particular coin is very well preserved, and both sides are very well struck
