View Coin   AUSTRALIA - COMMEMORATIVE S$1 2019P Wedge-Tailed Eagle NGC MS 70 This was 6th in this coin series. It was John Mercanti that worked with the Perth Mint too design these coins. This is one of my favorites. The soaring eagle, the Australia NGC case and of course, the signature of John Mercanti.

The reverse designs in this series come from a name many numismatists in North America know well: John Mercanti. Designing the reverse images since 2014, the former Chief Engraver of the United States Mint creates beautiful designs of a powerful bird.
View Coin   AUSTRALIA - COMMEMORATIVE S$1 2016P WEDGE-TAILED EAGLE NGC MS 70 This is the 3th coin in the series. John Mercanti worked with the Perth Mint in Australia in designing this coin.

The Wedge-tailed Eagle is Australia's largest living bird of prey and one of the largest eagles in the world. It gets it's name from the shape of it's tailfeathers.
View Coin   United States G$5 2003 EAGLE NGC MS 69 First struck in 1986, the Gold Eagle coin program is one of the world's most popular gold coin programs. The coins are available in 1/10oz, 1/4oz, 1/2oz, and 1oz sizes, with face values of $5, $10, $25, and $50, respectively. Once again, 2003 showed little change in mintage from the previous few years. The same goes for the quality, as 34% of the 2003 $5 gold eagles submitted were graded MS70 by NGC.
