View Coin   United States 50C 1961 DOUBLED DIE REV NGC PF 67 ULTRA CAMEO FS-801

According to Kevin Flynn and John Wexler, in their book, "Treasure Hunting Franklin and Kennedy Half Dollar Doubled Dies", they note that this is one of those varieties that markers are not needed to identify. It could probably lay claim of being the strongest half dollar doubled die of any series. Better check your pacemaker before finding one of these! Besides being super dramatic, it is extremely rare [especially in high end UCAM condition].

Extremely strong Class I Rotated Hub doubled die. The doubling is stronger on the left side of the reverse seen as almost a full letter separation at 3 o'clock. Extremely strong doubling on UNITED and E PLURIBUS UNUM. Very nice doubling on STATES OF and HALF with nice division lines seen on most letters. Nice doubling seen on DOLLAR especially on the serifs on the D and A. Doubling weakest on AMERICA. Doubling also seen on the outer elements of the bell, especially on the left side.

View Coin   United States 50C 1952 RT-16 NGC PF 67 ULTRA CAMEO "This coin is simply the finest cameo 1952 ever handled by NGC. Along with the 1950, the 1952 is the rarest Franklin date in the series in PF 67 UCAM. There are none higher. This incredible 1952 has mirrors that are deeper, devices that are frostier than most any other 1952 available. It is truly one of the finest specimens for this year as well as being from TOP DIE #16 which is important for Registry points. This specimen also ranks as the earliest strike ever seen off this top die.
View Coin   United States 50C 1951 RT-6 NGC PF 67 ULTRA CAMEO PCGS has 5,2 (+) IN PF 67 DCAM with none finer. NGC has 14 ,2+, 2+* in PF 67 UCAM, and 2 in PF 68 UCAM.
