This is the Medium A variety. Larry Hanks was one of the first to recognize this variety. Catalogs recognize the Small A & Large A. I have never seen an example listed as Medium but here it is and it does exist. The slab has it noted as a Large A.

This is the first Balance Scale peso I have seen with a Medal Axis. On top of that, this is the very scarce Do Pt variety. Notice the long "tails" on the 7 and 1 in the date.
