I found this gorgeous 6 kreuzer raw and purchased it as a good candidate for the PL designation. While I've seen many coins of this type, this remains the sole example I've seen with prooflike surfaces.

While it is only an MS61, I was happy to purchase this coin already in the holder with the PL designation, as finding prooflike coins from this period is very difficult.

This coin has deep mirrored surfaces and wonderful cameo. I purchased it in a PCGS holder originally and crossed it to NGC.

I also have an example of this date in MS65, however, this PL example takes the cake. It's one of my favorite coins and a definite highlight of this set.

This is an obverse die archival strike of the 1870 10 krajczár from the mint archive book at the Gyulafehérvár mint (GYF).

As this trial received the PL designation, I also include it in my Prooflike Coins of Franz Joseph I set.

This coin was the first prooflike coin I bought already slabbed with the designation. It is a real delight in hand, with beautiful cameo.

I was happy to get the PL designation on this coin when I sent it in, since it is very difficult to find prooflike forint.

This commemorative is typically attributed to Austria as the ranking state, however, it is actually a pan-Austro-Hungarian Empire issue with dual denominations inscribed on the edge in both German and Hungarian (Zwei Gulden and Ket Forint).

An absolutely stunning and extremely rare prooflike example of this type. This coin was a relatively recent acquisition from a European auction.

A wonderful first-year prooflike example of the first 20 corona gold type. I find gold types tend to be more likely to have semi-PL surfaces, and as a result, it is more difficult to get the PL designation on them. When I see an NGC slabbed gold issue like this with the designation already, I know it's going to be an exceptional piece in hand.

This coin is the literal star of the collection. I was very excited to pick up a this deep cameo example that got both the star and PL designations together.

This coin is one of the highlights of both my Austrian corona collection and my Austro-Hungarian prooflike collection. I nearly fainted when I came across this world class prooflike in a dealer's raw misc box at a major show. I knew prooflike examples existed for this type, but I had never seen one in hand before, and I knew this coin was something very special. I had already dropped off my NGC submissions the previous day, but I ran this one over and sent it in on its own single coin submission.

I really enjoy this type, so I was excited to pick up this PL example. As with any silver prooflike coins, the MS61s leave something to be desired regarding the fields, but for these issues they are so few and far between I am happy to have any example at all.
