Lady and the Tramp is a 1955 American animated musical romance film produced by Walt Disney and released by Buena Vista Film Distribution. The 15th Disney animated feature film, it was directed by Clyde Geronimi, Wilfred Jackson, and Hamilton Luske, and features the voices of Barbara Luddy, Larry Roberts, Bill Thompson, Bill Baucom, Verna Felton, and Peggy Lee. Based on the 1945 Cosmopolitan magazine story "Happy Dan, The Cynical Dog" by Ward Greene, Lady and the Tramp tells the story of a female American Cocker Spaniel named Lady who lives with a refined, upper-middle-class family and a male stray mutt called Tramp. When the two dogs meet, they embark on many romantic adventures and fall in love.

Goofy debuted in animated cartoons, starting in 1932 with Mickey's Revue as Dippy Dawg, who is older than Goofy would come to be. Later the same year, he was re-imagined as a younger character, now called Goofy, in the short The Whoopee Party. During the 1930s, he was used extensively as part of a comedy trio with Mickey and Donald. Starting in 1939, Goofy was given his own series of shorts that were popular in the 1940s and early 1950s. Two Goofy shorts were nominated for an Oscar: How to Play Football (1944) and Aquamania (1961). He also co-starred in a short series with Donald, including Polar Trappers (1938), where they first appeared without Mickey Mouse. Three more Goofy shorts were produced in the 1960s after which Goofy was only seen in television and Disney comics. He returned to theatrical animation in 1983 with Mickey's Christmas Carol. His most recent theatrical appearance was How to Hook Up Your Home Theater in 2007. Goofy has also been featured in television, most extensively in Goof Troop (1992), House of Mouse (2001–2003), Mickey Mouse Clubhouse (2006–2016), Mickey Mouse (2013–2019), and Mickey and the Roadster Racers / Mickey Mouse Mixed-Up Adventures (2017–2021).

t’s the 80th anniversary of Disney’s Bambi! Join the celebration with this first 1oz pure silver coin as part of our special anniversary collection.

Officially licensed, this wonderful coin features a coloured image of Bambi and Thumper against the background of the forest, where patches of frosting accentuate the silver and enrich the design. A flash of silver can also be seen under Bambi’s hooves. The engraving along the bottom confirms it’s a full 1oz of .999 fine silver and provides the Disney authentication. As a legal tender coin, the obverse includes the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. To make the coin more appealing, the mintage is set at just 1,942 - to reflect the year the film was released.

This year’s Disney Season’s Greetings 1oz Silver Coin features a delightful, coloured image of a relaxed Mickey Mouse dressed as Santa in a winter wonderland. The words “Just for You” are engraved at the top and pop out of the mirror-finish background. The Ian Rank Broadley effigy of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II can be seen on the obverse, confirming it as a legal tender coin. With a mintage of only 2,021 coins, this is a very limited-edition collectible indeed!
