Made of leather. No dollar inside. Mint condition. Tampax was incorporated in 1936, with all the founders ironically being men. Thomas F. Casey was the first executive recruit. He was hired as Vice President and Treasurer and helped guide Tampax for over two decades. So, this piece is probably from the 1940s-50s.
