Owner Comments:

This1976 bronze medal features Thomas Jefferson on the obverse, similar to the portrait used on the nickel. On the reverse is the Declaration of Independence document, with Independence Hall in the background which was the place of the signing.

This bronze medal is undated, came in PNC packaging (Philatelic-Numismatic Combinations), achieved a Top Pop grade of MS 67, and is sealed in the original US Mint "soft pack" with a white plastic token.
