The medal depicts Paul Revere on the obverse, with a patriot holding a rifle, symbolic of the Battles of Lexington & Concord, on the reverse. This medal was designed by Margaret Grigor.

This bronze medal is undated, came in PNC packaging (Philatelic-Numismatic Combinations), achieved a Top Pop grade of MS 66, and is sealed in the original US Mint "soft pack" with a white plastic token.
