This coin was in the New Cedi lot I bought raw in 2007. Minted only in 1996 & 1998, it's 7-sided like the 1991 10 New Cedi coin. But the design elements match those on the 1991 20 New Cedi coin: the obverse features a cowrie shell (i.e., a "cedi"), and the shield at the heart of the national Coat of Arms is on the reverse.
