Owner Comments:
This coin was in the New Cedi lot I bought raw in 2007. It was minted in 1996 and 1998, and was the highest denomination coin in the New Cedi series. Traditional Adowa Drums are on the obverse, and the reverse features the shield at the heart of the national Coat of Arms. The NGC census currently shows this example as Top Pop.
