Owner Comments:

Pilgrimage of Moslem Temple. Scarce medal, sometimes found with original buffalo-shaped hanger from 1901. Rarity of R-6 with at most 1 or 2 appearances per year.

This is a solid AU55 piece. I have only seen five or so other examples, but some of the others were are finer. One other example appeared to have a shellac with fiber coating.
