Came across these silver era Batman comics at a local estate auction. The daughter said her dad keep them in a dresser drawer over the years. Not to bad for 60 years old.

This was the #1 issue I was after at the auction. Grant it the other two issues were just as important being silver era Batman comics. But to have the first batgirl appearance in a Batman comic is what I really wanted. Grading was a surprise, grading at only a 5.0 but still there are only 50 or so of this issue graded out there. I'm happy.

I am a big Star Wars fan. I actually have an original Millennium Falcon model from 1978 still in the box. Ha ha, But I know I want to pick up some solid graded comics if i want to continue to play in this field of hobby. I intend to collect #1,2,3 and 4 in the future. It would be nice to lang that 30 cent #1copy in high grade condition.
