This coin was released at a very busy time in our history. COVID-19 pandemic was causing some of the mints to close and to get coin production back on schedule, other mints were used that were not normally used to make the mint strike version. This is also the year that the coins made a reverse image change. This is the T-1 of the Silver Eagle.
