Not my coin, photo credit to Conder101

Conder writes, "It is the same as PCGS 2 in all ways except for the addition of the companies initials at the top center of the front label". He also thinks this generation was only used briefly in the last month of 1989. This would be Generation 2.1 in the PCGS museum of holders.
