Baker-Z-324. Struck in bronze. 52 mm. Designed by John LaVelle; struck by the Medallic Art Co. Obv: Small Washington bust within plaque surrounded by laurel sprays at the top of the obverse. Below, a multi-line inscription about Washington's message to the troops at Long Island. Rev: A view of the Memorial Portal to the Brooklyn Bridge, MEMORIAL / PORTAL TO / BROOKLYN / BRIDGE above, 1928 below. Encased in an over-sized NGC holder.
