Alfonso VI Counterstamped 500 Reis ND (1663) VF Details (Saltwater Damage) NGC, KM36-38, LMB-28, Gomes-44.02 (different crown). 21.80gm. Host: Portugal João IV 400 Reis (Cruzado) from the Lisbon mint. Counterstamp: Crowned S00 counterstamp (XF Strong). Fairly attractive for the issue, even given the noted saltwater damage, with a notably clear counterstamp, and a wholly appreciable host coin.
