Blank Planchet for 10 pesos (Bi-Metal Variety).
Struck from 1997-present, (at the time of slabbing).
Although the NGC label states "with crack on planchet", it is in fact a "die break" which shows on both pieces of the planchet. First step in mint process is to merge the two planchet pieces together prior to second step which is to actually strike the coin with the obv. & rev. dies.
