Obverse: Conjoined busts of the Prince and Princess of Wales facing left GEORGE AND CAROLINA
Reverse: A pig, with the Prince of Wales' Crest on its head, trampling upon "HONOUR", cards, dice, dominos, etc. strewn on the ground FREEDOM TO THE SLAVE

This alludes to the Prince of Wales love of gambling and debauchery as well as Princess Carolina fleeing George for Italy and France. They really could not stand each other! The Prince of Wales would succeed his father George III and be crowned as George IV.
