I purchased the coin from JM Bullion. It was advertised as the "Ghost" version, which it is. I don't believe there was any intent by JM Bullion to deceive, as the coin is as described. But whatever the circumstances the label by omission of the GHOST attribute is a Mechanical Error, and can not be entered into the GHOST slot due to the omission. At the time I purchased this coin there were 75 available, there are now 55 as of 6-18-2019. There are currently 86 registered with NGC as Early Release MS70. I believe this label error/omission to have only happened with the JM Bullion coins, so to the best of my knowledge there are 75 of these label errors/omissions out in circulation. I have not been able to verify if there are any Mechanical Errors in lower grades.
