Purchased in the 13 Jan 2016 Heritage World Coins Auction (Dallas Auction #3045), Lot 33736.
Described in the auction catalog as:
Anne Shilling 1708 MS64 PCGS, Royal mint, KM521.1, S-3610. Essentially Gem, with a striking portrait of the Queen drenched in radiant electric blue and russet tone. Visually engaging and with a desired technical quality to match.
ESC-1147, lovely toning with lots of remaining luster. Some adjustment marks on the obverse through the bust, but not distracting (I actually find them charming). The toning covers the obverse and reverse, with some areas of interesting "pull-away" toning.
