DESIGN
Obverse: Wreath around center hole with dates below, with inscription PALESTINE in English, Hebrew and Arabic.
Reverse: Value above and below center hole.
Edge Description: Plain.

While NGC correctly mentioned some 'damage on the reverse', it looks to me as relatively minimal and absolutely not distracting the overall eye appeal. Probably due to this evidence of small damage, the coin was graded as XF, although it demonstrates strong AU devices and relatively smooth and clean (not cleaned!) AU surfaces.
NGC Price Guide (actually Krause Catalog/Numismedia) lists this coin as $75 in XF-40, and $175 in AU-50...
