"This Charm" token is more available than its TM57 counterpart and appears maybe twice as frequently for sale. But even at perhaps 5 or usually less offerings a year, it is still a scarce medal and an R4 to low R5 rating seems about right.

This is one of the higher-end survivors at MS63.
