I have looked at this coin many, many times and I really am surprised that it is designated as questionable color on the holder. I have seen similar toned nickels in all types of holders that are graded. This coin exhibits a strong strong with nice detail on the steps. Great luster and eye appeal!

This coin looks as though it has been dipped in some solution which appears to have altered or enhanced the natural color. Still a great piece to own!

The obverse is toned in a shade of golden bronze while the reverse is brilliant. Once again, I believe this coin to naturally toned as I have seen similar toning in coins housed in some of the newer Dansco albums.

Beautiful blue toning covers the entire obverse. The reverse has nice blue toning circling about 90% of the rim. The coin looks nice in hand!
