1rst appearance of Agatha Harkness. Medusa and Frightful Four (Wizard, Trapster and Sandman) appearance.
Stan Lee story Jack Kirby and Joe Sinnott art Jack Kirby and John Verpoorten cover
Title: "The RETURN of THE FRIGHTFUL FOUR!"
Deciding to name their baby Franklin Benjamin Richards (honoring both Sue's father and Ben) Reed informs the other that they are going to bring baby Franklin to a child rearing expert named Agatha Harkness, who lives in a mansion on Whisper Hill. What the team is unaware of is that the Frightful Four has reunited and have been spying on them and plan to attack during their visit with Agatha Harkness.
That night after introductions are made, the FF retire for the night as guests of Agatha. When the Frightful Four break into the mansion, they incapacitate Ben and the Torch, then trap Reed and Sue in their room. Planning to kidnap Franklin, they are first stopped by Medusa who had only joined up with the group to help protect the FF from them. However, she is bound by the Trapster's paste, but the Frightful Four are then defeated by Agatha and her cat Ebony, unleashing her magical might and defeating each member with ease.
When the FF free themselves they are shocked to find all the villains defeated. They find Agatha quietly rocking Franklin to sleep. When the Thing spies a book about the Salem Witches, Agatha hints at the fact that she herself is truly a witch, which spooks Ben.
Notes:

The Monocle successfully distracts Sue and Reed by knocking the Fantasticar our of the sky with his Neutrak Ray blaster. He then uses it to knock over a building to distract the Thing. Meanwhile, Medusa has asked Crystal to return with her to the Hidden Land as the Inhuman royal family needs her. When Johnny tries to prevent Crystal from leaving, Medusa forcibly takes Crystal with her, and leaves Johnny upset.

Setting up at the summit posing as a member of the Foreign Press Agency, the Monocle is surprised when his Neutrak gun, cleverly disguised as a camera, explodes. The shocked Monocle is told by Reed that he'd discovered Neutrak rays sometime ago and after the attacks built a Neutrak feedback device. Title:"DOOMSDAY on the MOON!"
It is July 1969, and the United States is about to send the first manned mission to the Moon. Kree Sentry #459 has deemed that the mission to the Moon must end in failure and so rockets itself across the ocean to an island made to resemble the moon's surface. Inside this island lays a device the Sentry intends to use to insure that the Apollo mission ends in failure.
Learning of this plot, Reed takes Ben and Johnny with him to the island to battle the Kree Sentry and destroy the device it intends to use to destroy the Apollo space shuttle. After a battle against time, they manage to defeat the Sentry, and Johnny is able to destroy the device that is to be used against Apollo. Ben then carried Reed and Johnny back to the their ship and blast off for home, just as the Apollo space craft lands and Neil Armstrong says his historic words "That's one small step for a man-- one giant leap for mankind!"
Notes:
Although the plot centers around July 1969 and the Apollo space mission to the moon, these events are only topical as per the time of the issues publication as per the rules of Earth-616's sliding time scale so its just one of many trips to the moon.
This issue contains a letters page, Fantastic Four Fan Page. Letters are publsihed from Soloman Arrington, Glenn G. Hakanson and Dave Layton.
As seen on page one, this issue is Story#123.
Trivia:
This comic quotes the 616 version of Neil Armstrong as saying, "for a man", where as in our reality, he misspoke when it counted, and said "for man"
