Amid a blazing fireworks display the cover features Black Terror; Doc Strange; Captain Future; Woman In Red; Liberator; Secret Ace. Had to be pretty exciting to see all of these heroes featured on the same cover - let alone in the same book. Bright colors. Presents exceptionally well.

It doesn't get much more patriotic than this cover. Doc Strange and Black Terror being pretty chummy against a colorful flag backdrop urging some fighting lads on toward victory. I suspect this is one of the earlier uses of the "V" for Victory (complete with morse code) on a comic cover. Plus we get the origin of one of my favorite Nedor second bananas - The American Eagle. A scrumptious 7.0 with nice page quality.

One of the rarer issues of the run. Admittedly a lower grade copy but it was actually the last issue needed to complete my run. Not only important for a Hitler appearance in the interior but it also the first appearance of Pyroman.

Not a Schomburg cover but still pretty satisfying as Black Terror and Pyroman tower over a Nazi tank - rendering it useless. One of the tougher issues for me to acquire so pleased with the lower grade but still respectable 4.0 with off-white pages.

The three Axis leaders cower in fear as they paid a not so friendly visit by four very imposing heroes. Hitler cover collecting is genre in and of itself and this gem is a trifecta winner with Mussolini and Hirohito joining Adolph on the cover.
The little things that Schomburg adds to a cover like the Nazi model plane in the trash carries meaning. And just what was Mussolini doing under the desk to begin with, hmmm....

Black Terror, American Eagle, Pyroman, Doc Strange enter Berlin on a rampage leveling devastation. The Black Terror is ready to launch a blockbuster and if you look closely there is a cracked picture of Hitler near Doc Strange's foot - seems only fitting. Davis Crippen pedigree copy.

The Fighting Yank joins the fun in this Schomburg cover. And who said superheroes don't use guns - Doc Strange wielding a machine gun and the Black Terror blasts away with a bazooka launcher. Note the bag of grenades strapped to the Fighting Yank. These guys mean business. This is another Davis Crippen pedigree.

The heroes use whatever means at their disposal to thwart the Japanese soldiers in this especially brutal cover. As if super-strength and super-powers weren't enough, machine guns and flamethrowers can do some damage too. This copy has incredible white pages.

Even though the war ended, there were still gangsters and mobsters that had to be dealt with. Black Terror, Fighting Yank, and Doc Strange thwart a black market gasoline counterfeiting ring. Beautiful 9.0 Davis Crippen pedigree copy.
