Owner's Description

1917 (H) 5 Centimes in Proof. An extremely rare coin in proof and the first I have seen ever, in over a decade of searching. Graded NGC SP65. The only coin graded by NGC with none graded by PCGS. Purchased 10/31/2010 from dealer.
